ANTI -PARASITES

yesterday, i was stucked in a horrible traffic jam when i was on my way to work... let's see, i left my house at 7.30a.m. sharp and i reached my office, "finally" at 7.55a.m.!!! normally, it would only take me, like, around 15 minutes to reach... thank goodness i was not late!!!
Anyway, that day itself...roughly around the time of 8.30a.m. to 10.30a.m. the whole of batu berendam suffered from power outage!!!! my company was affected of course and we had to work in bloody darkness with some dim lights from the emergency lights..... and had to endure.... the stuffiness for two damned hours.. sigh....

something damn funny happened as well, a supplier came to my company and he was discussing some stuff with me and all of a sudden he handed me a small…. “jewellery box”…. Or so I thought.. at first glance…. I was kinda stunned for a moment as I thought that he was proposing to me or something…. Until I opened the box.. and …. It was just a couple of small tiny capacitors that I’ve requested as free sample… damn!!!hahaha … the supplier is damn cute too…

the ultimate downer of this week was that i WAS suppose to join my fellow colleagues for a cross country trip to sagil waterfall today(saturday). So, i packed the night before and was very excited about the whole trip as after the cross country thing.. which features events like, swimming, running, cycling and water polo...we had planned to go over to muar for dinner and.... unfortunately, regrettably...my stomach had to disappoint me by making me purged continously on the eve of the trip..... and i had to skip the trip at the very last moment... like 6.30a.m. in the morning on the day of the trip itself…..i was even more disappointed when i heard from my fellow colleagues that the cute swiss guy was topless.....DAMN!!!!

Man, I seriously hate sleeping groupmates”aka parasites” as they don’t contribute a single damn thing to the group assignment…. Hey actually… they did contribute something…. Their names and student IDs!!!!…LOL!!!!! and yet they will be getting the same marks as those hardworking ones in the group.. like myself….ahem….. let’s see… my group consists of 10 people and the only ones doing the entire assignment are me and another girl…. The rest?? MIA..
when we called for discussions… they failed to attend….listing reasons beyond reasoning that they were busy and citing stupid reasons like they did not have the time to sit and discuss!! as if we are damn bloody free and as if we are the only ones with nothing else to do....and as if we have all the time in the world.....What the freaking bloody hell…. We have tipped off the lecturer about it… and he will take the necessary actions……*we hope*…i felt kinda bad for doing so.... but hey.... it aint my fault ,, you guys have decided to "not contribute" anyway.....

I guess that’s all for now…..

my colleagues and I.. enjoying ikan bakar at stall no. 5 at ikan bakar terapung, Umbai..... was the food any good?.... it sucked big time..... but i had to pretend with a feeble smile that the food was all good.... i almost puked when i ate some oysters which was so damn freaking grossifying,,,,which thankfully i didnt puke as i hurriedly force it down my throat with a huge gulp of orange juice....if i did..... the auntie who sat infront of me will be splattered by my vomit..muahahhaa...

murphy's law proven

my maternal grandmother was hospitalised yet again early this week with some breathing difficulties, lung infection, high blood pressure and so on, i guess age is really catching up with her.... It truly pains me to see her in that condition... but thankfully, she was discharged today... phew....

My bro, Aaron has downloaded the movie, "Be Cool" and we watched it together yesterday. The movie was so darn long and so freaking boring... my advise? DO NOT EVER THINK OF WATCHING IT!!! unless of course, you wanna put yourself through 2 hours of ultimate boredom....... Go and watch "Finding nemo or The Incredibles" it would be better....

ok.. i would like to share with you guys some of Murphy's law (quoted from one of my bloggers' blog).

1)If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will cause the most damage will be the one to go wrong.
2) In nature, nothing is ever right. Therefore, if everything is going right ... something is wrong.
3)You cannot successfully determine beforehand which side of the bread to butter.
4)You will always find something in the last place you look.
5)When in doubt, mumble. When in trouble, delegate.
6) Just when you think things cannot get any worse, they will.
7)Any time you put an item in a "safe place", it will never be seen again.and.....
8)If anything can go wrong, it will.

Well, you guys must be thinking that I’ve totally gone bonkers for introducing this Murphy’s law to you guys… well.. I’ve not completely lost it…. YET….
Well.. the reason is because… this theory applied to me today… let’s see, shall we…

I didn’t go to work today because my company gave us a day off, in conjunction with some state holiday,). So, I went to the bank (HSBC) to withdraw some cash as my cash supply had run dry. So, when I was getting some cash out from my account via the ATM machine…. The stupid machine ate my card!! (the bank contained my card because I’ve keyed in the wrong password 3 times in a row) fine!!! No ATM card, no cash!!! I’ve never felt poorer in my life. ok, i admit, it's solely my fault for failing to remember my own ATM password....

Here is when Murphy’s law come in handy….

Just when you think things cannot get any worse, they will.

I lost my precious handphone, today… well not exactly… it was my brother’s handphone… as we switched phones..….plus his phone was NOKIA NGAGE man!!! Somebody stole the phone from me… damn it!! So, there goes the phone and my precious contact numbers…. (so guys, please do not bother to call or sms me as my phone is gone)

Just when you think things cannot get any worse, they will.

I went to MMU later in the afternoon for a discussion… then as I was about to leave for home…. My damn car couldn’t be started…. I turned the damn ignition key a couple of times.. but nope….. the car decided to lay dead….. damn it…. So I had to use the public phone to call my dad….. and he came to my rescue.

Thankfully, this run of uneventful events has ended by dinner….

PS... needless to say, i was lectured for my carelessness over dinner for a good whole 30 minutes...

MONDAY BLUES

monday is here yet again... there's work as usual and i was pretty tired and bummed out today as i only had an hour's of miserable sleep last night....if you can call it sleep at all.. I did not even drift into the Rapid eye movement stage .. pathetic eyy.... I was an insomniac again yesterday.... it has been a trend these days... i'm freaking tired but just couldnt fall asleep.... i think.. perhaps i should start consuming sleeping pills.. what do you guys reckon.... yes? no?....anyway, i'm gonna make this short as i'm darn busy these days. which you guys should have known... judging by my long absence from the blogging world again.....

Tiredness is a drag.... lack of sleep is the recipe for blurness and disaster and the things that you hear are not the things being said. Here are a few examples:-

1) Collegue A: "Auds, will you be joining us for badminton tomorrow? The cute swiss guy will be there in shorts"

This is what I've heard: "Auds, do you have a vibrator" and the after effects are needless to say... HUGE!!!! all of us burst out laughing for at least a good whole 2 minutes... hahahaa

2) ................................... too bad.. as i'm feeling darn sleepy now.... i couldnt remember the rest of it!!!!!!! muahahhaa....

My eyes are blood-shot and eye bags are forming..... better catch some good 40 winks tonight...
